Inval America return policy

a 30 day Return policy -  only allowed for unopen/undamaged goods. All damages or parts requests are handled through our customer service department at returns@newlookgarage.com .

Shipping policy is done shipping with either UPS or FEDX and on accounts you advised per attached file. We usually ship within 24-48 hrs of order receipt and accounting release (credit card).

Any returns must be done within 30 days and must be unopen sealed cartons.

All returns must be shipped back prepaid.

All return credit(s) will be approved after product is received into our warehouse and inspected to be in re-sellable condition.

For any reason if return or damage cannot be resolved we will issue destroy in field for unit credit only.
